Designed with extended back coverage to comfortably fit long hair or buns, this scrub cap offers a secure, streamlined fit without bulky pouching. Each cap is handmade to order using lightweight, breathable cotton for comfort through long clinical or study days.

Embroidered initials allow for machine washing.

The tie-back closure lets you customise the fit, keeping hair contained and cutting down on constant readjustment mid-shift. The soft ocean-inspired whale print adds a calming touch while staying professional enough for any clinical setting.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

• free from hair, makeup, odours, or damage

Due to hygiene reasons, scrub caps that have been worn in clinical or work settings cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.If you would like a different design, please return your item and place a new order.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.During busy periods, product launches, or exam seasons (vet life 🙂), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Sweaters ship in ~1 week.

Made-to-order ceramic cups ship in ~2–3 weeks.

We ship via Australia Post.
