  • Ceramic Travel Cups – Stinky Boy Studio

    Each ceramic travel cup is handmade, so slight variations in shape, glaze, and finish are part of the unique character of the piece.


    Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is:

    • unused

    • unwashed

    • in original condition

    • securely repackaged for safe return

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


    Breakages in Transit

    If your cup arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


    Handmade Variations

    Minor variations in glaze colour, texture, or form are not considered faults and reflect the handmade nature of each piece.

    Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.During busy periods, product launches, or exam seasons (vet life 🙂), processing times may be slightly longer.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

    Sweaters ship in ~1 week.

    Made-to-order ceramic cups ship in ~2–3 weeks.


    Shipping Within Australia

    We ship via Australia Post.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days

    • Express shipping: 1–4 business days

    • Pickup is available for Perth area only

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


    International Shipping

    International shipping is available to selected countries.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.


    Tracking

    All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.


    Incorrect Address
